Regulations of the shop Hurtownia Rolnicza.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

1st Shop, which is located at www.hurtowniarolnicza.pl allows you to make purchases via the Internet. The shop www.hurtowniarolnicza.pl is managed by Agro-Bis Barszcz Sp.J. which is entered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register - Reg No 0000319721, which has been given an identification number NIP 8172101317 and REGON 180386652.

2nd Prices given in the online shop are given in PLN and these prices include VAT - there are the gross prices. The customer has the option to change the nature of the price displayed on the web site from net to gross by selecting the appropriate option in the menu visible on the site.

3rd Registration in the shop by the user means acceptance of these Regulations. The user agrees to receive the information necessary to perform the contract on user's email address.

4th We aim to make the information about each product are accurate and complete. But unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the information is free from mistakes. Possible mistakes can not be a basis for claims. If you have any questions, please contact the department responsible for the maintenance shop. Contact is given on the homepage. This catalog does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Kodeks Cywilny. It is informational only.

5th We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

 

PROCEDURE FOR PROCUREMENT

 

1st Purchase of goods is made by placing the selected products in your cart, select the mode of delivery and method of payment and then confirm your order. Each order will be confirmed electronically, by telephone and in special cases.

2nd User has the right to withdraw from the contract until it is confirmed to send the goods by an employee of the store.

3rd Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders received after 10:00 pm on weekdays, Saturdays and on Sundays and public holidays, will be implemented no later than the next working day. The delivery time depends on the availability of goods in our warehouse, payment methods and time of delivery.

4th While there are not ordered goods in a warehouse, or the time required to bring the ordered goods is unexpected prolongation client is immediately informed of that fact and the extension of the term of the contract, the customer may cancel or amend such a contract or part thereof.

5th Improperly completed forms and contracts are not confirmed by the Buyer within 5 days will not be realized.

6th The shop reserves the right to refuse to meet orders at any stage of its implementation, in the case of unavailability of the ordered product in the warehouse and at suppliers or in cases causing legitimate concerns and is not complied with these regulations.

7th Buyer pays shipping charges.

8th We reserve that due to a temporary lack of goods in a warehouse or other reasons beyond our control we can achieve some order. If you have trouble processing an order, it shall immediately notify the buyer.

9th Your goods are always sent of the VAT invoice.

10th The user, who will accept registrations of online store provided to the agreement, will receive commercial information about services, products and special offers made by the shop.

11th Save cart contents for registered customers. Shop stores all of the items posted by logged users on to the cart. Thanks to this after you log off the entire contents of previously abandoned shopping cart will be restored and the customer will be able to continue shopping. It should however be remembered that if, prior to logging in to your shopping cart will be added to any product, after you log in the previous shopping cart will not be restored.

12th The value of your order (excluding transportation costs) may not be less than 20 zł net.

 

IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTRACTS 

 

 1st Purchased by households, goods will be delivered at the expense of the Recipient by the carrier. Goods purchased by the wholesale customers will be delivered according to the conditions set out individually or by the carrier at the expense of suppliers for contracts in excess of zł 3 000 net.

2nd Purchased goods are delivered to the address given during registration.

3rd In the case of parcels sent to retail customers and are delivered only on weekdays

4th Shipments are delivered through:

   a)  DHL - courier parcel, approximate time of delivery or two days.

 5th For delays in delivery, caused by the fault of the carrier's store does not respond.



TRANSPORT COSTS 

 

 The following costs relate to delivery on Polish territory. Transportation costs include the cost of packing and shipping goods.

In the case of over-packaged bundle of dimensions 1.4 x0, 6x0, 6, or containing elements of soft and made of glass, the shipping costs must be added 14 zł.

In the case of over-packaged bundle of dimensions 1,2x0,8x2,1 m, or containing elements of soft and made of glass, the shipping costs must be added 100 zł.

Agro-Bis reserves the right to change the shipping cost of transport in specific cases. In the case of such a change the customer will be informed.

When buying products from the category of glass to the cost of transport by courier service charge on an additional, one-time fee of 70 zł.

Customer buying parts of large dimensions must expect increased transport costs.


 

METHOD OF RECEIPT

 

 1sr The courier company DHL - Packages are delivered to the address indicated. While the absence of the Recipient, courier leaves the advice of the selected date to re-attempt delivery of the consignment, and indicating when and where the recipient can collect the consignment himself, if the Courier's deadline given by does not respond the Recipient . The period of detention of the consignment in the delegation DHL Express is 7 weekdays from the second delivery attempt. After that period, and the lack of response from recipients, DHL Express calls shipment Broadcasters. After that date, goods will be returned to the warehouse providers. The re-delivery of goods will be possible after the payment of charges arising from his return, equal to the cost of delivery.

2nd At the time of reception package customer must check if it is originally packed. Customer is also obliged to check whether the consignment has not been damaged during transport and its completeness in the presence of the person providing the goods. The condition of considering the complaint is a quantitative or qualitative write in the presence of the forwarding company "Complaint Protocol"and send it to:

Once the deposit slip ownership of the goods and all risks associated with the possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Buyer.


3rd If the package or tape is damaged, or finding traces of the opening, please do not receive the consignment  and contact our stores soon as possible or accept the goods indicating non-compliance on the waybill at the same time writing down the protocol of damage on a special printing provided by the courier and then complain to our shop. Complaints submitted to our company will be accepted only with the written protocol when receiving the shipment and signed by the courier.

4th Adoption by your shipment without reservations will expire claims for loss or damage.

5th According to current Transport Right customer, who noticed the damage of the consignment after the departure of a courier can report this to the courier company by phone. The carrier is obliged to send messengers to the place of delivery within 7 days from receipt of the consignment in order to transcribe "Complaint Protocol". Complaints to mechanical damage, caused during transportation, will not be processed without a properly completed in the presence of the courier delivering shipping protocol of damage and without an original packaging product being advertised.
 
6th In the case of wholesale customers it is possible to determine individually how to receipt.
 
 

PAYMENTS

 

 1st The customer can choose one of the following methods of payment:

a) PAY UPON PICKUP  (on receipt) - the payment of cash to the courier.  In this case, the charge on a fee of zł 9 gross.

 b) TRANSFER ON BANK ACCOUNT - the customer pays the total contract value of the bank account number, which is given at the time of the contract, giving the title transfer order number. Goods shipped after receipt of the amount of the bill.

c) TRANSFER USING ELECTRONIC PAYMENT USING PAYMENG GATEWAY - the client pays the total contract value by using the  payments portal platnosci.pl. The customer has to choose:
- Module payments made by electronic funds transfer, including cashless payments
in Polish currency transfers made through the Internet;
- Module payments made through bank transfers initiated outside the traditional Internet or other network
wire transfers;
- Module payments made using payment cards, including non-cash payments
made in Polish currency credit cards, which have been released by the banks to process transactions
in the online environment.
After selecting the appropriate module, the customer confirms the transfer. Goods shipped after confirmation of payment portal complete the payment.

2nd We charge for the shipping cost of transportation, whose approximate values are calculated automatically when ordering and are dependent on the choice of form of delivery and payment for goods and weight.

3rd Customer paying by bank transfer before payment should contact the service shop in order to determine the actual cost of transport.

 

DISCOUNTS



In the shop there are three thresholds entitling discount retail customers to obtain discounts on their crossing.

  - After crossing the purchase value of 1 000 zł gross discount of 1% of the value of the purchased goods,

  - Beyond the value of the purchase of 2 000 zł gross discount is 2% of the value of the purchased goods,

  - After crossing the purchase value of 4 000 zł gross discount of 4% of the value of the purchased goods.

 Discount is calculated automatically when the value of purchases in the shopping cart exceeds specific discount thresholds. Discounts do not apply to wholesale customers.

 

RULES OF COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE 



1st In case of complaint you should:

  a) write a complaint application, describe the damage to and enter your order number,

  b) send the goods to the following address: Agro-Bis Barszcz Sp.J. Hurtownia części do ciągników, Młodochów 80, 39-307 Gawłuszowice

  2nd Agro-Bis send the goods advertised to the manufacturer, and after completion of the complaint refer to the recipients at their own expense.

  3rd Day is a day lodge complaints in which the supplier has reached package of complaints goods.

  4th Reported the complaint will be dealt with within 30 days from the date of its filing.

 5th In the case of an unjustified complaint, or damage to the fault of you, all the costs borne by the recipient.

 

RESIGNATION OF CONTRACT, PRODUCT RETURN

 

1st If you want to cancel your contract: the goods purchased in our online shop you can cancel without cause by the time the message is sent that package with the ordered goods have been sent to the buyer.

2nd  We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them. Return will be allowed only within ten days from the Date of Receipt. All returned goods must be unused with all original tags.

3rd Admission is to provide a return of  the complete product with no visible traces of use (cannot be used), in the original undamaged packaging, the shipment must be accompanied by an original letter indicating that the equipment is sent on the principles of return, accompanied by the original document of purchase (receipt or invoice) provide accurate data, together with the purchaser's bank account number, which will be sent back money. Returned goods, please wrap securely and on consignment in a prominent place to write "RETURN".

4th Shop guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of the product. The money will be refunded within 14 working days by bank account specified by Buyer. Please also note that we do not accept any items returned to us by pay upon pickup.
In case of returning the goods, the Customer shall pay the costs for transport in both directions.



IX. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

 

 1st If you want to make changes in orders, which have put in an interval of two days: If you order from the first day has not been implemented (sent) until the next completion of the contract, the client requests are sent both orders into one package (postage charge only one shipping and handling).

2nd If you wish to order: At the request of the Client, sent an e-mail or phone, we can make changes in a complex contract - of course if the contract has not yet been packed by us or sent.

3rd You may not share your account with third parties. In the event of changes in personal data contained in the registration form, you will promptly update them. You may request removal of their personal data from a database of Agro-Bis Barszcz Sp.J. sending an email to:

 4th All trade names, product names, company names and logos used on the shop www.hurtowniarolnicza.pl belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. They may be registered trademarks. All materials, descriptions and pictures shown on our website www.hurtowniarolnicza.pl are used for informational purposes. Site content (text, images, and graphics) and all its parts are owned by Agro-Bis Barszcz Sp.J., manufacturers, suppliers or partner companies.
 
 5th Price online store - product price is valid only for orders placed in online store www.hurtowniarolnicza.pl.
