Dear Customer, we would send a courier to pick up the package if you want to make a complaint about the goods.

Returns

 

Goods can be returned for 30 days since purchase
Buyer does not hold any additional cost in case of a standard package.
In all packages we sent there is a return bill buyer can use to send goods back to us free of cots.
If you want to send goods back to us, just pack it, stick return waybill and call a courier
